Wendy is a dynamic leader with 20+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales for numerous high profile brands. Wendy was the SVP of Marketing and Company Officer at Sun Country Airlines where she created and built the “Hometown Airline” brand and was responsible for all sales, public relations, advertising, digital marketing, events and business development, Wendy also started Sun Country Vacations during her tenure.

She has held similar marketing, sales/partnership positions with Mall of America®, University of MN, MN North Stars (NHL Hockey prior to the Wild), Rollerblade, KDWB, and KSTP-TV. She has been an active participant in the Twin Cities community where she has served on numerous boards including University of Minnesota Alumni Association, The Emily Program Foundation, and Alive + Kickin’. She is an award-winning marketer, named to Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, earning numerous retail, advertising and marketing awards.

Laurie Marsh is EVP and CHRO for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services, with annual sales of $12 billion and more than 44,000 associates, Prior to joining Ecolab in 2011 through a merger with Nalco Holding Co., Marsh was Nalco’s EVP and CHRO. During her 20-year career with Nalco, she held several positions within the company’s human resources function including employee benefits, workplace planning and staffing, several HR business partner roles and executive compensation. Marsh also was president of the Nalco Foundation, a role she assumed in 2003 and held until 2012 when the Nalco Foundation was merged with Ecolab. Marsh has a bachelor of science degree from the college of Human Ecology at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Peter is a Managing Director at Accenture where he leads accounts at industry and world leading organizations. With a focus on his client’s success, Peter builds high performing and engaged teams to deliver innovative solutions that further advance the organization’s mission. He takes great pride in developing long-standing relationships and celebrating their success. Having grown up in Hutchinson, MN and attending Notre Dame, Peter now lives in Orono with his wife and two Notre Dame student sons who are both studying Mechanical Engineering. As active sports and outdoor fans, the family spends their time outside of work and school at various sporting events and along the North Shore of Minnesota.

David Ybarra is President of the Minnesota Pipe Trades Association, an umbrella organization representing more than 9,000 men and women throughout Minnesota, where he serves as an advocate for the affiliated unions. Previous to his current position, Ybarra was Business Manager of the Minneapolis Building and Construction Trades Council, which allowed him the opportunity to work on many successful construction projects including TCF Bank Stadium and Target Field. He currently serves on several area boards, including Minnesota Ballpark Authority, Union Bank and Trust, Hennepin Health Systems and District Energy of St. Paul, to name a few.
